What size should I order?
We understand that Gaudy Girls come in all different shapes and sizes, and we understand that sometimes that makes online shopping more difficult because you can’t try anything on. To help with that problem we have created a size chart for both our contemporary junior Gaudy Girls and our missy Gaudy Girls to help assist you!
We also try to provide very specific details about each garment in the description, and you will also find the appropriate size chart with each garment as well. What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards such as: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Texas sales tax (8.25%) will be charged to all in-state orders; however, orders from out of state will be sales tax exempt.
What do I do if I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing address?
Double check to make sure that you have entered the correct billing address when filling out your credit card information.

I need to make a change to my order! What do I need to do?
We understand that sometimes you have to change or cancel your order, and we’re here to help that happen seamlessly! Please make sure to contact us immediately! Once an order is processed, packaged, and shipped we cannot change an order.
I’ve made my purchase, now where is my order confirmation?
Yay, you have made a Gaudy purchase! (It’s a great feeling, huh?!) Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address that you provided on your order. If, for some reason, you did not receive and email, please check you spam folder and make sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your return at our warehouse it will take 5-7 business days for us to complete your return and issue a credit to your card.
Where do I need to send my return?

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I have completely fallen in love with something, and it is out of stock… what do I do?!
We know that it can break your heart if you find something you just can’t live without and we’re sold out… OH, THE HORROR!!! But, not to worry! We are constantly receiving new merchandise and there is a chance we may get them back in! Do you have gift cards?
Absolutely, and we believe that it is the perfect gift! However, at this time our gift cards may only be redeemed at our store locations. We are working on an online gift card system and will have it working as soon as possible.
